The Baldwin Group is seeking a Financial Services Specialist to support investment and wealth management client relationships. You will work with financial advisors to open and service accounts, review transactions, and respond to client inquiries with proactive issue resolution.

You will also configure accounts in wealth-management software, coach colleagues on client reviews, and manage life and disability processes from quotes to delivery. Travel may be required.

Qualificações

• 1 year of experience in the financial industry required.
• CRM and wealth-management software experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Open and service client accounts, review features, and process transactions.
• Respond to client queries and resolve investment or wealth issues.
• Prepare associates and coach colleagues on client reviews.
• Configure accounts using wealth management software.
• Handle life, disability, and long-term care processes, including quotes and applications.
• Scan and file investment and insurance documents.
