Qualifications

Current junior pursuing a bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Management, Business Analytics, Economics, or a related field.
Demonstrated leadership through academics, work, or activities.
Excellent organizational, written, verbal, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Identify opportunities to improve processes and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and stakeholder experience.
Develop, maintain, and deliver business reporting, dashboards, and analytical insights for decision-making.
Track project milestones, risks, and issues and coordinate with stakeholders for timely resolution.
Conduct market and competitive research and present findings to business leaders.
Support internal reporting capabilities through data analysis and process improvements.
Assist with annual product due diligence and prepare materials for review and approval.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to gather requirements and support strategic initiatives.
Prepare presentations and executive summaries for leadership audiences.
Participate in special projects exposing you to strategy, operations, analytics, product management, and planning.
