Qualifications

• Must be currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Management, Business Analytics, Economics, or related field.
• Expected graduation date between December 2027 and Spring 2028.
• Demonstrated leadership experience through academic, professional, athletic, volunteer, or extracurricular activities.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to improve existing processes and recommend solutions that enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and stakeholder experience.
• Develop, maintain, and deliver business reporting, dashboards, and analytical insights to support decision-making.
• Track project milestones, risks, and issues, and partner with stakeholders for timely resolution.
• Conduct market and competitive research and present findings to business leaders.
• Support the development and enhancement of internal reporting capabilities through data analysis and documentation.
• Evaluate client- and advisor-facing programs by analyzing performance metrics and identifying optimization opportunities.
• Assist with annual product due diligence activities and prepare materials for product committee review.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to gather requirements and support strategic initiatives.
• Prepare presentations, executive summaries, and recommendations for leadership audiences.
• Participate in special projects exposing you to business strategy, operations, analytics, and planning.
