Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of experience in business analysis, product ownership, or product management within financial services, preferably Wealth Management.
• Strong understanding of wealth management processes, advisor workflows, client and account lifecycle, and broker-dealer or RIA operations.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into actionable user stories and manage product backlogs.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery and partnering with engineering teams.

Aufgaben

• Own and prioritize the product backlog, define features and roadmaps, and ensure delivery aligns with objectives and user needs.
• Engage stakeholders to understand advisor, operations, and client servicing workflows; translate into epics, stories, acceptance criteria, and specs.
• Apply wealth management domain knowledge to define effective technology solutions for onboarding, accounts, and client servicing workflows.
• Partner with Salesforce product and engineering teams to define requirements, workflows, integrations, and enhancements in CRM and FSC.
• Collaborate across Agile delivery teams to drive sprint planning, backlog refinement, demos, UAT, and release readiness.
• Facilitate workshops, resolve ambiguities, manage priorities, and communicate decisions to business and tech stakeholders.
• Define acceptance criteria, support end-to-end testing, validate functionality, and ensure solutions meet business expectations.
• Identify opportunities to simplify workflows and improve UX, leveraging automation and AI-enabled capabilities.
