Qualifikationen

• 6–10 years of experience as a Business Analyst in banking or financial services.
• Deep Wealth Management knowledge including advisor workflows and servicing.
• Experience with Salesforce; Financial Services Cloud preferred.
• Understanding of Salesforce Case Management, workflow, routing and audit capabilities.
• Proven ability to create BRs, FRs, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Experience defining requirements for APIs and data movement between Salesforce and external platforms.
• Background in Agile/Scrum delivery, backlog refinement and UAT.

Aufgaben

• Partner with stakeholders, Product Owners and tech teams to elicit and document requirements.
• Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, processes and use cases.
• Analyze Wealth Management processes involving client accounts and advisor workflows.
• Define requirements for Salesforce capabilities including case management and routing.
• Define data and integration requirements across Salesforce and external systems.
• Facilitate workshops, gap assessments and solution-validation sessions.
• Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, UAT preparation and defect triage.
• Collaborate with Salesforce developers and integrations to ensure correct implementation.
• Maintain end-to-end traceability across requirements, design and delivered functionality.
