Job summary

JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. in wealth management seeks a Private Client Investment Associate to provide client service, operational support to Private Client Advisors, and help with wealth planning for clients.

You will facilitate account openings, money movement, and investment trades, build client relationships, and assist with reports, risk procedures, and compliance, while maintaining a client-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Active Series 7 license required or obtained within 60 days of employment.
• If registered after Oct 1, 2018, must have valid and active SIE exam.
• Active Series 66 (63/65) and Life & Health Insurance license must be obtained within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Support Advisors' book of business by handling account openings, money movement, and investment trades.
• Build and maintain client relationships by processing requests, resolving issues, and assisting with wealth planning.
• Assist in client reviews and reporting; promote firm services to deepen relationships; ensure timely performance reporting.
• Engage in risk management procedures (KYC, account reviews, inquiries) and comply with operational procedures.
• Prioritize daily work, track progress, and meet deadlines while maintaining team culture.
