Job summary

J.P. Morgan Chase is seeking a Private Client Investment Associate to provide client service and administrative support within Wealth Management in Florida.

You will assist Private Client Advisors with ongoing wealth planning, inquiries, and lead generation while maintaining strong client relationships. Responsibilities include processing account openings, money movements, and trades; preparing performance reports; and ensuring compliance and risk management in daily operations.

Qualifications

• Series 7 license required or to be obtained within 60 days of employment.
• SIE exam must be valid if registered after Oct 2018.
• Series 66 (63/65) and Life & Health Insurance licenses to be obtained within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Support Advisors book of business with account openings, money movement and trades.
• Build and maintain client relationships; assist with wealth planning and referrals.
• Assist in reviews and reporting; ensure timely performance reports.
• Engage in risk management, KYB procedures, account reviews, inquiries.
• Support operational procedures and compliance; meet deadlines and maintain team culture.
