Job summary

J.P. Morgan Chase in Florida is seeking a Private Client Investment Associate within Wealth Management to support Private Client Advisors with client service, operations, and administrative tasks.

You will help process account openings, money movements, and trades, build client relationships, prepare performance reports, and assist with wealth planning while complying with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• A valid and active Series 7 license is required or may be obtained within 120 days of employment.
• If you were registered after October 1, 2018 you must also have a valid and active SIE exam
• A valid and active Series 66 (63/65), and Life and Health Insurance license must be obtained within 120 days of starting in the role as a condition of employment

Responsibilities

• Support Advisors book of business including facilitating operational requests such as account opening, money movement and investment trades
• Aid the Advisors by building and maintaining client relationships through processing requests and resolving issues
• Assist in managing relationship and account reviews, and prepare timely performance reports
• Actively engage in Risk Management, including Know Your Customer procedures and account reviews
• Support business unit procedures and compliance requirements and ensure timely completion of forms
• Prioritize daily work and meet deadlines while fostering team culture
