Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a PLP Borrower Specialist in Wealth Management's Private Bank in New York.

You will be the main client contact for onboarding to the Professional Loan Program, coordinate KYC due diligence, and collaborate with Middle Office and external parties to ensure smooth deal progression and closing. You will own the loan portfolio while handling covenant tracking, capital calls, distributions, and potential loan modifications.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in Wealth Management or Banking.
• A Bachelor's Degree.
• Demonstrated ability for sales and client relationship management.
• Strong communication, decision-making and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills and attention to detail.
• Aptitude to take initiative and be proactive to help provide leverage for the team; confidence executing projects with limited supervision.
• Experience using Microsoft Office programs including Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe PDF.

Responsibilities

• Be the new client's main contact, introduce the Professional Loan Program, send welcome letters, manage application, and coordinate onboarding including KYC due diligence.
• Partner with clients, internal Middle Office teams, and third parties to manage deal progression and closing for an excellent client experience.
• Own the existing loan portfolio while performing sales and credit management tasks such as covenant/deadline tracking, capital calls, distributions, and modifications.
• Assist Private Bankers and Integrated Team Members with relationship management and deepening efforts for PLP clients.
• Collaborate with the Lending Advisor on research inquiries and reporting tasks.
• Identify potential business opportunities for clients to engage in additional products and services.
