Job summary

HJ Sims is seeking an advisor trainer to support the rollout and ongoing adoption of wealth management products for Sims Advisors. You will provide training, assist with client onboarding, and work with branch offices to deliver presentations to managers and advisors.

The role requires proficiency in the wealth management consultative process and knowledge of product areas, with opportunities to collaborate with the Investment Strategy Team on custom portfolios and client-focused materials.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in wealth management consultative process and due diligence.
• Knowledge of wealth management products: managed accounts, models, securities, funds.

Responsibilities

• Support rollout and adoption of wealth management products for Sims Advisors.
• Provide training to advisors to improve client servicing in the RIA context.
• Assist with client onboarding and ongoing account setup.
• Visit branch offices to present to managers and advisors.
• Coordinate with Investment Strategy Team for custom portfolios and RFPs.
