Job summary

Prime Capital Financial seeks a Wealth Operations Specialist to support day-to-day operations for advisors and client service teams. You will ensure accurate processing, follow-through, and exceptional service while coordinating with custodians, account openings, and asset movements.

You will lead operational projects, train advisors, and drive improvements across processes and technology platforms, maintaining compliance with firm policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of wealth management operations or financial services experience.
• Experience with custodial platforms and account transfers (ACAT/non-ACAT).
• Experience delivering training to advisor teams and staff.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and technology skills including CRM, workflow, and reporting platforms.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and client service skills.
• High ethical standards and client confidentiality; team-oriented and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Wealth Management Operations & Custodial Administration: analyze books of business and determine transfer strategies; coordinate account opening, maintenance, transfers, and asset movement; liaise with custodians and partners; monitor and resolve operational issues.
• Advisor Training & Relationship Management: build trusted relationships with advisors, deliver operational training, and guide onboarding of staff; support adoption of firm processes and platforms.
• Cross-Functional Leadership & Project Coordination: coordinate activities across multiple teams; manage transitions, track progress, identify risks, and drive process improvements.
