Job summary

JoCo seeks a Wealth Management Operations Specialist to support the wealth management accounts and retirement plan operations by reviewing participant documentation, managing client data files, and resolving processing issues.

The role collaborates with clients, participants, vendors, and internal teams to ensure accurate transactions, efficient workflows, and adherence to service standards.

Experience in Excel and data mapping is helpful; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, CS, or related discipline is preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in an operational role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication with clients, participants, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Review participant forms and transaction requests for completeness and accuracy, addressing discrepancies before processing.
• Build and maintain data-import templates that convert client information into properly formatted recordkeeping transactions.
• Troubleshoot file-mapping, scripting, secure-transfer, and processing issues while coordinating solutions with clients and internal teams.
• Partner with relationship managers and clients to improve file formats, submission procedures, controls, and overall processing efficiency.
• Analyze recurring operational issues and recommend changes that reduce errors and streamline workflows.
• Support new-client transitions, specialized data conversions, reconciliation activities, and other retirement plan operational functions.
