Target compensation is $50,000 to $60,000 base, with opportunities to contribute across the firm.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in administrative support or financial services operations.
• Experience in wealth management or RIA preferred.
• Strong MS Office skills and attention to detail.
• Bachelor's or Associate degree preferred.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate daily office operations and vendor relations.
• Support compliance initiatives and client records.
• Prepare client meeting materials and assist advisor initiatives.
