Job summary

Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is seeking an Operations Associate for a growing wealth management practice. This newly created role offers exposure to client service, compliance, and office operations with a clear path to grow within financial services.

You will work directly with advisors and leadership, coordinating daily operations, supporting compliance, and preparing client materials while developing wealth management operations expertise in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of administrative support, office management, or financial services operations experience.
• Experience in wealth management, financial services, or an RIA environment preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, exceptional attention to detail, and outstanding organizational abilities.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred with a proactive, go-getter mindset.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily office operations, vendor relationships, document management, and administrative processes.
• Support compliance initiatives, maintain accurate client records, and assist with operational workflows.
• Prepare client meeting materials, coordinate client engagement activities, and provide support on advisor and client initiatives.
