Key Responsibilities For The Operations Associate

• Coordinate daily office operations, vendor relationships, document management, and administrative processes.
• Support compliance initiatives, maintain accurate client records, and assist with operational workflows.
• Prepare client meeting materials, coordinate client engagement activities, and provide support on advisor and client initiatives.

Qualifications For The Operations Associate

• 3+ years of administrative support, office management, or financial services operations experience.
• Experience in wealth management, financial services, or an RIA environment preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, exceptional attention to detail, and outstanding organizational abilities.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred with a proactive, go-getter mindset.
