WealthBridge Financial Group in Rio Rancho, NM seeks an experienced Managing Director to lead and grow our team of financial advisors. This PLAYER/COACH role combines a thriving personal practice with strategic leadership to drive growth and client service excellence.

You will mentor advisors, expand client portfolios, and implement WealthBridge's growth initiatives while maintaining your own book of business and upholding our standards and values.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in financial services or wealth management with a successful personal practice.
• Active Life and Health insurance license required.
• FINRA Series 6/7 and 63/66 licenses preferred; sponsorship available if not currently held.
• Strong leadership and team development skills with a passion for mentoring advisors.
• Proven track record in client acquisition, retention, and comprehensive financial planning.
• Business-oriented mindset with long-term strategic vision.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
