Job summary

You will support Financial Advisors, prepare for client meetings, assist with planning and market research, and help with branch marketing and documentation.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in finance, business or related degree preferred.
• Anticipated graduation date December 2027 or later.
• Interest in financial services and developing a career in private wealth management.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Organizational excellence with ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver on-time.
• High motivation, proactivity and willingness to learn and contribute.
• Prior experience in an office setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review reports and conduct research for Financial Advisors.
• Prepare for client meetings and presentations.
• Assist with financial planning and market research.
• Handle admin tasks, calls and basic client questions.
• Contribute to branch marketing initiatives.
• Process paperwork and documents.
• Perform other duties and project support as needed.
