Job summary

Freestone Capital Management in San Francisco, CA is seeking Wealth Management Interns for our Client Advisory Team. The internship runs mid June to August 2027 (minimum 9 weeks) and includes a structured program with hands-on experience in wealth management, financial planning, investments, and client service through workshops and projects.

Successful candidates will have a finance-focused academic record and a passion for efficiency, problem solving, and client service.

Qualifications

• Rising seniors pursuing a Finance degree.
• Excellent MS Office skills (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook).
• Strong attention to detail and operational processes.
• Exceptional listening, written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a team environment.
• Time management and organization; handle multiple priorities.
• Capability to manage projects independently and take responsibility.
• Demonstrated outstanding client service and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and administrative support to Client Advisor Teams.
• Organize, track, and assist with team projects to completion.
• Prepare forms such as account applications and updates.
• Assist in preparing marketing materials and proposals for meetings.
• Organize client data in CRM and reporting systems.
• Take on additional ad hoc responsibilities as capacity allows.
