Job summary

Freestone Capital Management, LLC in Seattle offers a Wealth Management Internship with our Client Advisory Team. The program runs from mid June to August 2027 (minimum 9 weeks) and provides undergraduate students with hands-on experience in wealth management, financial planning, investments, and client service through workshops, projects, and ad hoc assignments.

As the summer progresses, interns may apply knowledge with a cross-functional project, presenting investment and planning

Qualifications

• Rising seniors pursuing finance.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent attention to detail and operational processes.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Team player with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Demonstrated client service orientation and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and administrative support to the Client Advisor Teams daily.
• Organize, track, and assist with team projects to completion.
• Prepare forms and back-office documents for team members.
• Help prepare marketing materials and proposals for client meetings.
• Organize client data in CRM and reporting systems.
• Handle additional ad hoc responsibilities as capacity allows.
