Job summary

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree with expected graduation between December 2027 and June 2028.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills are encouraged for client-facing work.
• Genuine curiosity about financial planning, wealth management, and helping others achieve goals.

Responsibilities

• Observe client meetings, participate in team prep meetings, and apply learning through a mock client presentation.
• Work on meaningful projects across investments, impact, marketing, operations, tax planning, MESI, and more.
• Receive ongoing coaching and participate in career development programming to build professional skills and prepare for life after graduation.
