You will observe client meetings, work on real projects in investments, marketing, operations, and tax planning, and build lasting relationships with teammates nationwide. High performers may return as full-time Analysts after graduation.

Qualifications

• On track to graduate with a bachelor's degree between December 2027 and June 2028.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Available to work up to 40 hours per week, in-office.

Responsibilities

• Observe client meetings and participate in team prep meetings.
• Contribute to mock client presentations to simulate advisory experience.
• Work on meaningful projects across investments, marketing, operations, tax planning, MESI, and more.
