Job summary

JCW Group seeks an HR & Business Manager (operations leader) for a Pittsburgh-based wealth management firm, onsite three days a week in the South Hills. The role focuses on aligning HR, technology, and vendor management to support growth.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in HR or business operations within financial services, excellent organization, and a demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in HR or business operations, preferably in wealth management or financial services.
• Experience across HR, technology, vendor management and other operational functions.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Able to work onsite in the South Hills office three days per week.

A Pittsburgh-based RIA has retained us to help them fill a new HR & Business Manager (operations leader) opening, onsite three days a week in the South Hills. This is a smaller RIA which has been around for several decades.

Candidates must have:

• 3+ years of experience in an HR or business operations capacity, ideally within wealth management (if not, financial services required).
• Demonstrated experience across multiple operational functions (HR, technology, vendor management, etc.)
• Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
• The ability to work out of the company's office three days per week.
