JCW Group is helping a Pittsburgh-based RIA fill a new Paraplanner (Junior Wealth Planner) role, onsite three days a week in the South Hills. The firm is a smaller, long‑established advisory team expanding its staff.

Candidates must have 2+ years in wealth management planning/advisory, be pursuing or hold an active securities or financial planning license (Series 65/66, CFP or equivalent), and be proficient with financial planning software and CRM tools.
