Qualifications

• BA in Finance, Accounting or Liberal Arts. MBA helpful.
• 10 years of direct experience in financial sales and advisory/relationship management.
• General knowledge of Beacon Trust services and strategies.
• Proven success in prospecting, generating leads and closing business.
• Ability to prioritize leads from data sources.
• Experience in using data analytics for impactful results.
• Excellent presentation skills for prospects.
• Familiarity with CRM systems.
• Proven new business track record.
• Comprehensive sales experience.
• Strong oral, written, interpersonal and management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities using prospecting, data mining, and market intelligence.
• Build and maintain a network of referral sources and outside relationships (SAN, COIs, partners).
• Drive end-to-end sales from outreach to onboarding for investment advisory and planning solutions.
• Coordinate with Beacon Trust and Provident teams to tailor client solutions.
• Support proposals, presentations, and materials; lead meetings and follow-ups.
