Job summary

Beacon Pointe, a national Registered Investment Advisor, seeks motivated Wealth Advisors to join across the country. This role is designed for advisors with an established foundation of client relationships and the drive to grow a larger book of business in the coming years.

You will provide sophisticated financial planning and investment advice tailored to client goals, while leveraging Beacon Pointe’s resources and team-oriented support to deliver exceptional client outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Financial Advisor or Wealth Advisor
• Proven track record of client acquisition and asset growth
• Financial planning experience, CFP® highly preferred
• Client-first, fiduciary mindset
• FINRA registrations or advisory licenses, or the ability to obtain them
• Background in a wirehouse, independent broker-dealer, bank, or RIA environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field preferred

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a book of business by developing strong client relationships and providing best-in-class client experience
• Deliver sophisticated financial planning and investment advice tailored to client goals and objectives, adjusting strategies as needs evolve
• Collaborate with internal specialists to deliver integrated solutions
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through referrals, networking, and strategic outreach
