You will implement best practices, ensure client and employee satisfaction, and collaborate with executives to grow the business in line with the credit union's mission.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional certifications.
• Five to eight years of similar or related experience.
• Licenses: Series 7/63/65/66 or Series 6/7 with appropriate registrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead Wealth Management advisors and administrators in AZ and TX with travel.
• Demonstrate features and benefits of Wealth Management products and systems.
• Coordinate seminars, presentations, and training sessions.
• Liaise with broker-dealer, RIA, and OSJ for compliance and support.
• Collaborate with Marketing on business development opportunities.
• Prepare annual department budget and monthly Wealth Management reports.
