Job summary

TruWest Credit Union in Tempe, AZ seeks a Wealth Management leader to oversee advisors and administrators and drive client relationships across the AZ/TX markets. You will supervise teams, ensure service levels, and partner with executives to grow the business in line with the credit union’s mission.

The role requires 5–8 years of related experience, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent certifications, and licenses (Series 6/7/63/66/65).

Qualifications

• Five to eight years of similar or related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent certifications recognized in the industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee Wealth Management advisors and administrators (AZ/TX) including travel.
• Promote features and benefits of Wealth Management products and systems.
• Coordinate seminars, trainings, and financial education initiatives.
• Liaise with broker-dealer, RIA, and OSJ for compliance and support.
• Collaborate with Marketing to identify business development opportunities.
• Develop innovations with outside vendors to improve client experience.
