Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of Financial Industry Experience required.
• 1+ years of limited sales experience, phone sales and service required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, presentation skills, planning skills, analytical skills, and problem solving skills required.
• Foundational Financial Planning and Consultative Sales Skills required.
• Ability to develop and maintain long‑term client and internal partner relationships required.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail required.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications required.
• Valid Arizona driver license and motor vehicle record screening in accordance with company guidelines required.
• Active and in good standing required.
• Either Series 63 or Series 65 – active and in good standing required.
• Arizona Life/Health Insurance Life and Disability Insurance License required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct discovery‑driven conversations to understand clients’ financial goals, priorities, and concerns.
• Develop and recommend holistic financial strategies aligned with clients’ short‑ and long‑term objectives.

• Meet individual goals by delivering planning‑led solutions that align with client needs and best interests.
