Busey Wealth Management is seeking a Managing Director, Wealth to lead a local team and drive growth across wealth management services, including investments, planning, trust and tax strategies. You will collaborate with senior leadership to execute regional growth initiatives and expand client relationships.

The role emphasizes developing talent, delivering top-tier client service, and maintaining regulatory compliance while guiding associates in wealth opportunities and cross-sell potential.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree required.
• 7+ years wealth management/financial advisory experience.
• 3+ years private wealth advisory leadership experience.
• Professional designations CFP, CFA, CPA, CTFA and/or MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead local Wealth Advisory team to meet revenue targets and deliver comprehensive wealth management services.
• Develop a sustainable growth program to acquire new clients and expand wallet share.
• Coach and mentor team members to grow technical knowledge and relationship management skills.
