Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as Data Product Owner / Program Lead
• Strong proficiency in SQL Analytics tools
• Proven experience in financial services and wealth management domains with expertise in stock plans, financial data, crypto and related business processes
• Solid understanding of data modelling, architecture and governance principles
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Define KPIs and data requirements with business stakeholders
• Translate complex datasets into clear business insights and recommendations
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency and governance across platforms
• Conduct deep dive analyses to uncover trends, risks and opportunities
• Partner with data scientists, product managers and business teams to support strategic initiatives
