Job summary

Morgan Stanley is seeking a seasoned Product Manager for the Wealth Management Data Cloud. You will own the product vision, drive the roadmap, and coordinate with senior stakeholders across business, technology, data, and governance to deliver data capabilities that support Wealth Management priorities.

You will manage multi-year roadmaps, prioritize data capability requests, and ensure alignment with enterprise data strategy.

Qualifications

• Experience in product management, data capabilities, data platforms, business management, strategy, project management, technology delivery, or a related function.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, roadmap, prioritization, execution, and communication strategy for the Wealth Management Data Cloud.
• Lead stakeholder engagement with senior business, technology, analytics, and governance stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain a multi-year roadmap for Wealth Management data capabilities balancing priorities, regulatory needs, and business value.
• Manage intake and sequencing of data capability requests aligned to Wealth Management objectives and data strategy.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery with business teams, technology partners, data owners, analytics users, and governance stakeholders.
• Define product requirements, success criteria, milestones, dependencies, risks, and implementation plans for Data Cloud initiatives.
• Drive stakeholder alignment via updates, governance forums, and roadmap reviews.
• Ensure delivery plans are feasible and aligned to architecture and platform standards.
• Support adoption with training, documentation, feedback loops, and change management.
