Job summary

Tiger Analytics Inc. in Chicago seeks a Wealth Management Consultant with hands-on Tamarac and Salesforce CRM expertise to drive custodial data integration projects and optimize CRM workflows for wealth management operations.

You will lead end-to-end data integration efforts, map custodial feeds, and troubleshoot data issues while collaborating with wealth management and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions. The role targets senior-level professionals with deep domain experience.

Qualifications

• 10–12 years in financial services, with dedicated wealth management/RIA experience.
• Deep hands-on experience integrating and normalizing custodial data feeds from major custodians using Tamarac.
• Proven proficiency in Salesforce CRM within a wealth management setting (Financial Services Cloud preferred).
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into scalable data and CRM workflows.
• Experience troubleshooting data discrepancies, integration issues, and workflow gaps.
• Ability to manage client expectations and drive initiatives to completion with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities

• Lead custodial data integration initiatives from requirements gathering through implementation and production delivery.
• Ensure custodial feeds are ingested, mapped, and synchronized from Tamarac into Salesforce CRM.
• Design, configure, and optimize Salesforce CRM workflows to support wealth management operations.
• Identify opportunities to improve data quality, integration efficiency, and CRM functionality.
• Collaborate with wealth management, advisor operations, and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions.
