Job summary

Tiger Analytics is seeking a Wealth Management Consultant with hands-on Tamarac, custodial data integration, and Salesforce CRM expertise. You will take immediate ownership, independently driving deliverables, troubleshooting data/integration issues, and optimizing CRM workflows with minimal oversight.

Significant fidelity to wealth management/RIA environments is preferred. The role emphasizes end-to-end ownership, stakeholder collaboration, and hands-on SME support for Tamarac, custodial data

Qualifications

• 10-12 years in financial services with wealth management/RIA experience.
• Deep hands-on custodial data integration and mapping from major custodians using Tamarac and into Salesforce.
• Proven Salesforce FSC capability within wealth management, preferably Financial Services Cloud.
• Strong ability to translate operational needs into scalable data/CRM workflows.
• Independent troubleshooting, data quality assurance, and end-to-end ownership of initiatives.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Ownership: lead custodial data integration from requirements to production delivery.
• Data Mapping & Sync: ensure custodial feeds are ingested, normalized, mapped, and synced to Salesforce.
• Data Quality & Troubleshooting: identify and fix data discrepancies and pipeline bottlenecks.
• CRM & Workflow Optimization: design and optimize Salesforce workflows for wealth management.
• Leadership & Collaboration: manage stakeholders across wealth management, advisor operations, and technical teams.
