JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Columbus, OH, is seeking an experienced Wealth Management Attorney - Assistant General Counsel, Vice President, to provide critical legal guidance for retail investment services within Wealth Management.

You will partner with Compliance, Risk, and Controls to support business initiatives and regulatory compliance. You will lead legal work for Donor Advised Funds and collaborate with a broad team of Wealth Management attorneys to deliver coordinated advice across Advisors,

Qualifications

Minimum 8 years of legal practice in financial services.
Experience with broker-dealer and investment advisory matters.
Knowledge of federal and state securities laws and FINRA rules.
Ability to manage multiple issues in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Licensed to practice law and in good standing.

Responsibilities

Serve as a primary legal contact supporting Wealth Management broker-dealer and investment advisory products and services.
Advise on projects and initiatives shaping retail Wealth Management businesses.
Provide timely, strategic legal counsel aligned with business priorities.
Collaborate with Wealth Management attorneys and Legal teams for coordinated support.
Partner with Compliance, Risk, and Controls to ensure regulatory risk management.
Identify, assess, and manage legal risks related to Wealth Management services and products.
Lead the legal work for Donor Advised Funds.
Support evolving business needs in a dynamic environment.
