Qualifications

• 1+ years’ work experience, preferably in Financial Services or Consumer/Retail Banking.
• Experience with communication automation tools and/or CRM systems is a plus.
• Strong quantitative and data analytical skills to monitor and identify trends or risks.

Responsibilities

• Support execution and testing of Marketing, Servicing, and Regulatory communications.
• Project manage communications execution calendar and maintain team queue.
• Build, test, and launch customer communications for both direct mail and email programs.
