Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 licenses required.
• 10+ years of experience in the financial services industry.
• 7+ years in sales leadership, coaching, consulting, or advisor development.
• Knowledge of wealth management, financial planning, and client engagement strategies.
• Ability to coach professionals through structured performance improvement approaches.
• Understanding of brokerage, advisory, and banking products and services.
• Ability to travel ~50% and reside within the Heartland Region (Edina, MN; Omaha, NE; Denver, CO).

• Advance Schwab's Modern Wealth Management experience across the Heartland Region.
• Partner with branch leaders and wealth management professionals to improve consultant effectiveness.
• Drive coaching, development, and strategic consultation to grow client engagement and market share.
• Evaluate performance trends, identify opportunities, and implement actionable strategies.
