Qualifications

• BA/BS required, MBA a plus.
• FINRA Series 7 and 66 required.
• Industry certifications (CIMA/CFP/CFA/CWS) preferred.
• 10–15 years in financial services with 7+ years of sales leadership experience.
• Travel ~50% for supervision and meetings.

Responsibilities

• Coach branch employees to enhance client engagement and outcomes.
• Develop strategies and tactics to promote Schwab’s Modern Wealth Management experience.
