Qualifications

• At least 3 years in investment support or admin in wealth management.
• Strong knowledge of investment products and advisory workflows.
• Experience with CRM platforms and financial planning software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate client onboarding, including high-net-worth accounts, ensuring compliance.
• Fulfill client requests and resolve service issues, update CRM.
• Prepare materials and reports for client meetings; maintain client data in planning software.
