Job summary

First Tech Federal Credit Union in Bellevue, WA is seeking a Senior Associate Financial Advisor to support an existing book of business and transition toward a Financial Advisor role. You’ll help members with information, products, and investment programs under guidance from an established advisor.

You’ll collaborate on strategic plans, manage day-to-day office activities, and maintain CRM records, while delivering exceptional client service and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of client-facing experience in investment/wealth management or similar consultative service role.
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and prioritize activities like prospecting, scheduling, and service.
• Discretion and professional handling of sensitive client information.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Senior Advisor to implement business development and client service strategies.
• Lead portfolio research and asset allocation design within guidance.
• Conduct financial planning reviews and update plans as needed.
• Manage client relationships and provide ongoing service updates to households.
• Ensure accurate CRM documentation and regulatory compliance.
