Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in wealth management, financial services, investments, insurance or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage the firm’s day-to-day client data processing and servicing activities, coordinating with advisors, clients, custodians, carriers and vendor partners to ensure accuracy, timeliness and compliance.
• Oversee new business processing from data gathering through account opening for investment and insurance products, tracking requirements and coordinating with custodians and home-office operations.
• Handle existing client service requests for distributions, transfers, beneficiary changes, account maintenance and policy servicing, coordinating with internal teams and external partners.
