Job summary

Client Growth Resources, Inc. is seeking a Client Service Associate in Wexford, PA to support wealth management services for high-net-worth clients and institutions.

You will assist with daily administration, account documentation, and coordination with financial advisors. The role involves preparing presentations, utilizing planning software, and maintaining client information with strict regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; willingness to pursue CFP or comparable designation.
• Prior experience with financial industry CRM is a plus.
• Prior experience with Schwab is a plus.
• Prior experience with DocuSign is a plus.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial services/investment advisory.

Responsibilities

• Daily administration of the Financial Advisor's business: opening new client accounts, preparing and processing account documentation, handling disbursements and deposits, maintaining client data per regulatory standards.
• Preparing meeting presentations using PowerPoint.
• Inputting information to financial planning and investment analysis software.
• Managing the CRM program AdviserEngine.
• Processing account applications on Schwab Advisor Center.
