Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required; willingness to pursue CFP or comparable designation.
• 2+ years in financial services and investment advisory.
• Strong Excel and financial planning software knowledge.
• Experience with CRM systems a plus (AdviserEngine).

Responsibilities

• Open new client accounts; prepare and process account documents and deposits.
• Prepare meeting presentations using PowerPoint.
• Input information into financial planning and investment software.
• Maintain client information in accordance with regulatory standards.
• Manage the CRM program AdviserEngine and processing on Schwab Advisor Center.
