Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with willingness to pursue CFP or similar designation.
• 2+ years in financial services or investment advisory.
• Strong knowledge of financial planning and investments across asset classes.
• Excellent relationship management and organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel and financial planning software.

Responsibilities

• Open new client accounts and process account documents.
• Prepare and process investment documentation and disbursements/deposits.
• Maintain accurate client information per regulatory standards.
• Create meeting presentations using PowerPoint.
• Input data into financial planning software and manage AdviserEngine CRM.
• Process applications on Schwab Advisor Center.
