Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Client Service Group Manager for the J.P. Morgan Advisors office. You will lead the branch's sales support and administrative teams, oversee training initiatives, and drive process improvements to support growth.

Reporting to the Head of the Client Service Group and the Regional Director, you will partner with cross‑functional teams, manage staff performance reviews, compensation actions, and policy adherence while strengthening client service across locations.

Qualifications

FINRA SIE and Series 7, 66, 9 & 10 licenses on hire or within 180 days.
Degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 3 years financial services management experience.
Experience in training or branch administration.
Knowledge of wealth management and investment products.
Understanding of KYC and regulatory requirements.
Project management, problem solving and time management skills.
Experience with facilitating training (classroom and virtual).
Strong PowerPoint, Word, Excel skills.

Responsibilities

Manage sales support and administrative staff in the branch and satellite branch.
Lead training and process-improvement initiatives for the branch.
Recruit, onboard, train staff; supervise assignments and coach on policies.
Conduct performance reviews and manage compensation and promotions.
Partner with cross-functional groups on process improvement.
Oversee HR, benefits, attendance, and vacation.
Escalate issues to leadership and coordinate with NY management.
