  • Client Meeting Support: Support Client Relationship Manager and Financial Advisors with meeting scheduling, preparation, documentation, and post‑meeting execution, ensuring resulting action items are captured and completed.
  • Team & Practice Support: Maintain accurate client records and systems, coordinate recurring service activities, support established team workflows, and identify opportunities to improve the consistency and efficiency of our processes.
What We Are Looking For

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

  • A strong preference for structured processes, workflows, and clearly defined procedures.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple concurrent responsibilities and deadlines.
  • Consistent follow‑through on outstanding items without requiring reminders.Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to interact professionally and confidently with clients.
  • A service‑oriented mindset and an understanding that exceptional execution is an important part of the overall client experience.
  • A team‑first approach and satisfaction from using their strengths to help others perform at their best.
