Job summary

Bank of America’s Merrill Wealth Management is hiring for the Advisor Development Program. The WMCA-ADP role supports Financial Advisors with client service, licensing prep, and progression toward a full Financial Advisor position.

You will obtain SIE, Series 7 and 66 licenses within 120 days and build foundational advisory skills while supporting enterprise objectives and client advocacy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or a minimum of one year of work experience.
• Strong client service orientation and communication skills.
• Ability to learn and apply banking and investment concepts.
• Desire to grow into a Financial Advisor role through structured training.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Financial Advisors and support teams on client servicing and investment solutions.
• Deliver excellent client service and educate clients on bank offerings.
• Ensure timely, accurate client materials and respond to requests.
• Identify opportunities to deepen client relationships and business growth.
• Progress through Advisor Development Program to become a Merrill Financial Advisor.
