Qualifications

  • Self-starter in a sales role with strong client relationships.
  • Proactive communicator with time management and prioritization.
  • Ability to source clients via prospecting and networking.
  • Computer literacy, including Microsoft Suite.
  • Willingness to complete securities licenses within 120 days (SIE, Series 7, 66).

Responsibilities

  • Partners with Financial Advisors, Client Relationship Managers, and Market Supervision Managers on client servicing, risk, investments, and banking products.
  • Provides excellent Client Service to the bank’s clients by educating them on bank offerings.
  • Ensures timeliness, accuracy, and completeness in client materials and follows up on requests from clients and Financial Advisors.
  • Supports operational excellence, protects clients, and manages risk in daily practices.
  • Identifies, deepens, and maintains client relationships through the bank’s offerings and collaboration with FAs.
