Job summary

Bank of America’s Merrill Wealth Management is seeking an entry-level Wealth Management Client Associate in the Advisor Development Program (ADP) to launch a career as a Financial Advisor.

You will obtain SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 within 120 days, with ongoing study time and dedicated training. You will support Financial Advisors, develop core client service skills, and progress through stages to build a book of business and become a Merrill Financial Advisor trainee.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required and willingness to pursue licensure.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage time and multitask in a sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Partners with Financial Advisors on client servicing, risk, investments, and banking products.
• Educate clients about bank offerings and promote integration of banking and wealth solutions.
• Support operational excellence and adherence to policies while growing the practice.
• Assist with business development and pipeline management for multiple FAs.
