Job summary

Bank of America’s Merrill Wealth Management is seeking the Wealth Management Client Associate – Advisor Development Program (WMCA-ADP), an entry role that supports Financial Advisors and develops toward becoming a Financial Advisor.

You will study for SIE, Series 7 and Series 66 exams, obtain licenses within 120 days, and learn foundational skills to advance through progressive roles toward building a book of business.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; strong interpersonal skills and drive to succeed.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new financial products and processes.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Partners with Financial Advisors and Client Relationship Managers on servicing clients and investments.
• Educates clients on bank's service offerings and ensures materials are accurate and timely.
• Maintains client relationships and identifies opportunities for additional Banking and Investment solutions.
• Supports growth through business development and referrals.
