Job summary

RBC Wealth Management in Jericho, NY seeks a Client Associate/Registered Client Associate to support financial advisors and clients. You will manage account questions, onboarding, documentation, and compliance in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.

You will process transfers, trades, and payments while safeguarding confidentiality, and assist advisors to work more efficiently through technology changes. Training and growth are available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or job-related experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication and client service skills.
• Attention to detail with focus on advisor efficiency.
• Series 7 and 66 licenses (or 63/65) or willingness to obtain within 12 months.
• Ability to adapt to a changing business and technology environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain client relationships and respond to account questions.
• Handle inquiries and elevate to financial advisors when needed.
• Maintain compliance by gathering documentation and communicating needs.
• Facilitate transfers of funds/securities and process trades, checks, wires, and ACHs.
• Maintain confidentiality in accordance with policies.
